Q: Should the manuscript be unified as "left justification" or "equal allocation (justified)”?
In the manuscript edited by Editage, both formatting (left justification and equal allocation/justified) are mixed. I’m going to unify with “left justification”, since “left justification” would be easier to read for reviewers, but I’m not sure exactly. Would you give me an advice on this matter?
Most of the journals do mention under their formatting guidelines, whether they prefer manuscript to be left aligned or justified. In case it is not mentioned, it is advisable to maintain uniformity throughout the text.
We would highly recommend you to send your manuscript for a round of recheck and our editor will address your concern based on your target journal guidelines or ensure consistency (in case journal is not decided yet).
