I have submitted a paper to BMC Molecular Biology but the website shows “You do not have sufficient permissions to view this page.” What is the problem?

This seems like a technical error. Please write to the journal and explain that you have been denied access on the journal’s website. The journal’s technical team should be able to help you with this. Also, make sure you enter the author ID, password, and the manuscript submission number correctly.
