Q: What is the meaning of "Decision Reverted" status?

"Decision Reverted" is not a commonly used term for the status of the manuscript. Was the status updated when you received the decision letter the previous time? Did it become "Decision Reverted" immediately after you submitted the revised manuscript or after a few days?

Since this status is rather unusual, I think you should email the editor/journal office asking what it means and by when you can receive a decision. Some journals allow authors to send inquiries only through the online submission system. If that is the case with your journal, you should follow these instructions.
