Q: Why does my submission always fail on the JESAM website?

I tried to submit my manuscript to Journal of Environmental Science and Management(JESAM), but each time I clicked on Submit, it always showed Fail. The status cannot be traced either. What is really going on?

I hope you have read the instructions for authors provided by Journal of Environmental Science and Management (JESAM) on their website. If you have followed all the instructions carefully, your submission should ideally work. Please make sure that the length, formatting requirements, etc. are met as some submission systems may be automated to reject submissions that exceed the page limit or some basic formatting requirements. However, if you have followed all the guidelines, there is no apparent reason why the submission would fail. In that case, there is probably some technical error. Perhaps you could write to the journal explaining teh situation and asking if you could submit via email.
