Q: What should I do if I don't receive a final decision even a year after submission?
Detailed Question -
I submitted my article for the first time on October 2016 and in revised version on June 2017. Till date, I have not received a final decision. I asked for my paper's status in September but the journal said that my manuscript is under review. I sent another email to the editor in December, but received the same reply. What should I do? Let me explain to you that publishing an article is a partial requirement towards finishing my PhD research project, and the time given to me to do so is near completion.
